To our Pilot Grove Savings Bank Family:
We remain open for business and fully-staffed. However, for the protection of our customers and employees and to help limit any potential spread of the COVID-19 virus in our communities we are going to take the following precautions:
1. We are inviting customers into the lobby by appointment only. Phone numbers to individual branches are available here.
2. Our drive-up teller remains fully available during our normal banking hours at all branches, besides Keokuk Main and Packwood.
We look forward to working through this challenging time with you.
What can you do?
To reduce the potential spread of the disease we ask that customers use the drive-thru window whenever possible. There are also night drops available at most locations. We ask if customers are feeling ill to please refrain from coming to the bank. Also remember, for your banking convenience, when you prefer not to visit a branch, we have many services to accommodate you 24 hours a day:
• Use NetTeller
, our Internet Banking product or mobile banking
to view statements and transactions, pay bills
, make loan payments and transfer funds.
• Visit one of our conveniently located ATM’s
to get cash or make a deposit
• Call our toll-free telebanking system at 877-781-5678 to get your account balance and recent transactions.
• We encourage customers to continue to use debit card
services. Fraud monitoring will be in place, as normal, but it's always good to remind customers to make sure your cell phone number is up to date with us so we can contact you in case of an emergency. Debit card inquiries can be directed to 641-472-6944 (our Fairfield branch) or to report a lost/stolen card or fraud after business hours, please contact SHAZAM Fraud Operations at 800-383-8000.
Be vigilant for scams.
Pilot Grove Savings Bank would like to remind customers to remain vigilant for scams related to COVID-19. Cyber criminals have been sending emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites attempting to deceive recipients into revealing sensitive information or donating to fraudulent charities or causes. Such cautions are particularly important as banks are urging customers to shift use of banking through the internet and mobile banking to avoid contact.
Please be aware, we will continue to monitor the situation and will take measures as needed to protect everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
