To reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 we ask that customers continue to use the drive-thru window whenever possible. For protection of our customers and employees we are inviting customers into the lobby by appointment only. There are also night drops available at most locations. When you need to access the lobby, we welcome you to do so, but please practice social distancing for your protection and the protection of other patrons. We ask that you comply with Governor Reynolds’ November 16th Proclamation regarding the wearing of masks in public places and if you are feeling ill to please refrain from coming to the bank. Also remember, for your banking convenience, when you prefer not to visit a branch, we have many services to accommodate you 24 hours a day.

• We encourage customers to continue to use debit card
services. Fraud monitoring will be in place, as normal, but it's always good to remind customers to make sure your cell phone number is up to date with us so we can contact you in case of an emergency. Debit card inquiries can be directed to 641-472-6944 (our Fairfield branch) or to report a lost/stolen card or fraud after business hours, please contact SHAZAM Fraud Operations at 800-383-8000.

Pilot Grove Savings Bank would like to remind customers to remain vigilant for scams related to COVID-19. Cyber criminals have been sending emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites attempting to deceive recipients into revealing sensitive information or donating to fraudulent charities or causes. Such cautions are particularly important as banks are urging customers to shift use of banking through the internet and mobile banking to avoid contact.
